The project „SMART_KOM. Kraków in Smart C.ities Network” is conducted by a partnership of Krakow Technology Park, the Malopolska Voivodeship, the Municipality of Kraków and two international partners – Vienna University of Technology and Forum Virium Helsinki

By conducting the project, the partners aim at building a strong position of Kraków and its metropolitan area (Kraków Metropolitan Area, “KMA”) by joining European cooperation networks, which deal with smart city issues. The project has three phases: Diagnosis, Good Practices, and Strategy and Dissemination.

To fulfil the aims of the project, Krakow Technology Park joined the European Network of Living Labs and European Smart Cities network.

The project is planned for 22 months – from September 2013 to June 2015.
